RecommendedI went to Erin for numerous spa treatments and she is excellent at all of them. I would highly recommend her for any spa treatment or makeup application. She has the best personality and makes it a wonderful experience.
I've had a couple of appointments with Erin Baumgartner and she was great! She gave me a massage and a facials. So professional and knows what she is doing and the products which she recommends makes my skin look a lot younger. She's got me hooked on pampering myself once in a while.
I’ve been going to see Pam Shoda a few times. I have a history of skin cancer in my family and go in for my yearly mole patrol. I always feel like Pam does a great job explaining things! I’ve also worked with the medical tech Shannon Goode before. Very professional and easy to work with!
The Plastic Surgeon there should be doing all skin flap surgeries, not the Dermatologist, especially Dr McGovern. I'm scarred at the center of my face. I had skin cancer at the tip of my nose. First the Plastic surgeon punched a hole at the tip of my nose for a biopsy, which created a cave in. My biopsy came back positive, so Dr McGovern did the MOHS surgery and the skin flap procedure afterwards. I had an awful experience with Dr. McGovern. Had MOHS surgery 3/12. Had to call 4 times and went in to the office. I felt blown off and wasn't taken seriously about my finger concerns. I have been in the medical field for 15 years and knew my finger didn't look right. Went to see a different dermatologist and he is extremely concerned about the well being of my finger.
I just called to schedule an appointment for my 8 year old daughter. The gentleman was rude, and they refused to let me schedule as a cash pay patient, because she has Medicaid.. not being a provider is fine. But denying services due to the type of insurance we carry is another! What a shame! I thought all money was the same color of green.. VERY poor and uneducated patient services!!
great service! was in and out in less than an hour with the removal of a cyst! A+++
As an NP myself I’ve only gotten Botox injections by plastic surgeons (3 different ones)- I went here and got Botox by an Kim, RN, and her technique/skill/-and outcome all exceeded my expectations with results that were superior to my past experience!
