Had a wonderful experience with Dr. Hagee. She was informative and professional during my exam. All of the staff I encountered at FWDG were very friendly. I also appreciated that the appointment was on time and efficient.

I requested to have my teeth cleaned with Kelly. I did not have Kelly...thought maybe she was on vacation...until I saw her walk another patient out at the same time I finished my cleaning. Kelly is very gentle when she cleans my teeth...this is important to me. I was very disappointed. Also, the front desk had all my insurance wrong.

We try our best to keep patients scheduled with their preferred hygienist. Sometimes our schedules change due to patients changing appointments or illnesses within our staff. We are proud of all our hygienists and think they all do a great job. Dental Insurance is a very complex issue. We deal with over 500 insurance plans. Sometimes we make mistakes on our end, sometimes we get the wrong information from the patient and other times the insurance company has given us the wrong coverage information. I have terrible anxiety when it comes to visiting the dentist as a result of some very bad experiences in my childhood. A dental emergency left me with no choice but to make an appointment and Dr. Mutton did everything in his power to keep me calm and reassure me that I was in good hands!
