Our stay was wonderful. Staff is extremely helpful and polite. Food was wonderful. Steaks are superb! Breakfast buffet was clean and the omelette station was awesome. Only one negative was the water temperature in the shower was hard to control. Perfect location to walk and enjoy downtown restaurants and entertainment. We will definitely be back again! Thank you for your excellent work Jamie Cameron.
Clean room. Toilet didn’t work. Had toilet paper floating in it when we got there. Called down to the front desk 3 times. No answer. Walked down to the front desk and an employee was just sitting on the couch listening to the phone ring. We asked if they just sat around and listened to the phone ring. His response “no she’s back there doing paperwork.” Oh ok, so the customers get ignored? Also, called the front desk this morning. Girl who answered wasn’t friendly AT ALL. Bed so comfortable, you fall straight to sleep...bedroom & hotel scenery is straight & atmosphere is fabulous....will be back....THANX RUBY GATES/POOLE
The room was clean...staff when we checked in were super friendly...the shuttle driver offered us a ride to the comedy club and told us to just call the hotel when we needed a ride back...we called...then waited an hour and a half...and finally gave up and walked back to the hotel..the employee at the front desk just shrugged it off when we told him.
