I love these people. They're down home decent folks and, they listen, and act, on your particular want and needs. I doubted they would be able to help me with my current credit score and my payoff on my trade. My vehicle payment went from $600 a month to $406. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP. They’re dishonest, rude, and unprofessional. Made a promise IN WRITING IN THE CONTRACT to fix an issue with the vehicle at the time of purchase; 13 months later, they still have not fulfilled their contractual agreement. They’re dishonest. Was sold a "new" car last year. The car's battery had a 2-year warranty. One year into having the car the battery died so I took the vehicle to an approved shop (to make use of the warranty) to get my battery taken care of. At the shop it turned out my 2-year warranty had expired...after 1 year. Bought a used 2014 VW Jetta Sportwagon with 105k miles and within a week and a half the brakes started locking up on me and come to find out it needs a $4,646 repair. They sold me a vehicle that they likely knew was defective. I now need to replace the ABS control module. Do not buy a used vehicle from Ft. Walton Mitsubishi, they almost certainly knew about the problem with the vehicle they sold me and still told me that there was nothing wrong.
