Installed our metal roof 18 yrs ago. Had some leaks( all metal roofs do this) and they came and repaired the leaks. They have stopped with residential metal roofs but have tried to call numerous times over past couple of yrs for recommendations for more leaks but can not ever get anyone to return calls...Have left voice mail messages with Will Fort, the head man, but never have heard from him. What a way to treat a customer! There initial work was adequate but they get an "F" for follow-up customer service...
