Went in with a 4-figure budget, but was treated by Buddy as if I had a 6-figure budget. Never felt any pressure throughout the experience of trying out pianos, and Buddy was very understanding when I said I'd look around some other piano dealers before making a decision. I just recently purchased a Boston Grand from Fort Pitt Piano Company and I am so in love with my piano! Buddy was so helpful and a pleasure to work with. He let me take my time in playing the pianos and in making my decision. It was an incredible experience, from playing the pianos to financing and delivery. Buddy and Joe at Fort Pitt Piano Company were terrific. They spent a lot of time educating me while we played a whole lot of pianos to find the one that was a perfect fit for me and that stayed within my budget. Fort Pitt's service both before and after my purchase was exceptional. Buddy followed up with me at intervals to make sure I was enjoying my new instrument and I still am delighted with it. Buddy was knowledgeable and helped me answer all of my piano questions. They have a full selection of pianos, including Steinway grands, uprights, used, and digital pianos.
