We were very happy with our shopping experience at Fort Pitt Piano. The salesman we spoke to (Buddy) was knowledgeable, attentive, and patient with us while we explored the various piano options. Once we were ready to proceed with the purchase, the piano was delivered to our house within the week. Highly recommend.

I had an amazing experience working with Fort Pitt pianos and Buddy! I bought a modestly priced Baldwin that is perfect for me, player grade condition, but wow the sound and touch are just what I was looking for. It delivers everything I wanted at the price point that couldn’t have been better. And Jordan who moved the piano did a perfect job. Thrilled with my purchase.
Went in with a 4-figure budget, but was treated by Buddy as if I had a 6-figure budget. Never felt any pressure throughout the experience of trying out pianos, and Buddy was very understanding when I said I'd look around some other piano dealers before making a decision.
