I am in amazement of this facility! Stacey, the assistant, so kind and funny, treated me as a friend, rather than just "another patient!" Dr. Fort, eased my fears of my wisdom tooth removal! He let me know what to expect before, during and after the procedure! Even called me that evening to check on my progress! I will definitely be recommending this Dr. to everyone in need of oral surgery/tooth removal!
I went today and had two teeth removed. Dr. Fort was amazing from explaining every step of the way and making sure I was as comfortable as could be considering . He even personally made an after hours call to make sure I was still okay . Oh and I can't forget about my nurse Tasha! This girl rocks and was so understanding to my nerves and answering any questions I had for her . I will recommend this practice to anyone that needs that extra ease when needing any oral surgery done .
My daughter had all 4 wisdom teeth out yesterday. Dr. Fort and his staff made my daughter feel very comfortable. I felt she was in good hands. Their professionalism was beyond my expectations. To top it off, Dr. Fort called himself to check on her that evening; unheard of these days!
I was very nervous about having a wisdom tooth and a broken molar taken out. The Staff at Fort Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery went above and beyond in making sure I was informed, comfortable and satisfied with the work they did. The procedure went smoothly and since I was sedated, it felt like it was over in a snap. Post-op pain and swelling was minimal. Dr. Fort even personally called me on a Saturday evening to see how I was doing. This pace definitely cares about their patients!
I had a wonderful, experience Dr.Fort was so caring, he even called me later that evening to check on me, I just want to say thank you for being so kind
