IT’S CLOSED INDEFINITELY. My fiancé is in pain so we headed to this Urgent Care first thing in the morning. When we arrived we asked the front desk where the Urgent Care was, and he said 5th floor. When we got to the 5th floor we saw a sign that said the Urgent Care had moved suites from 502 to 500 — that’s fine. It is supposed to be open at 8am but nobody opened the door until 8:07am w/no waiting area. And when we finally walked in — there was a sign at check-in that said URGENT CARE CLOSED. This is my primary Care provider and I just have to say if you are looking for a dr office please go some where else this is the most incompetent dr office I’ve ever been too and it’s not the drs no it’s the staff. I’ve had to call to make sure EACH AND EVERY referral gets sent and even then they still don’t get sent or don’t get faxed and then your stuck looking like the unprepared person at the referral office because that office never was sent your info. Horrible experience. Called first about my college student not feeling well. Explained symptoms and told them she had a negative covid test and was vaccinated. They said to send her in. She got there and was told they couldn't see her because the test was more than 72 hours old. (By 6 hours!) Was not told this on the phone prior to, called them back and they said nothing we can do. Absolute worst customer service. Horrible experience
