Cancelled appointments without explanation. They do not call back to reschedule the appointments as promised. When you leave a message to reschedule you are transferred - no one answers and no one returns your call. If you luck out and reach a receptionist she again transfers you with the same result. I guess they don't need my business.
My appointment has been cancelled and rescheduled for matters out of my control now for over 7 months. 7 months of living with chronic pain and fatigue, waiting for a professional diagnosis. I'm going to Patient First.
RUN DONT WALK AWAY FROM THIS FACILITY. System would not allow me to give it no star. Office staff is TERRIBLE. Twice I came for an appointment that was cancelled. First time Dr. Nicholson left and they had no record of my appointment but they had one for my daughter who I had schedule months later. She did not receive a phone call either. Crystal at the front desk is AMAZING! She went above and beyond to fit me in last minute. Cara fit me in and did my echocardiogram on her day off! I must have called every Cardiologist on the Southside and the Penninsula and they were the only ones to care enough to make it work. If it wasn't for them I would not have been approved for my surgery!! Awesome team!
