I made an online reservation with CubeSmart. Nanette was very amazing from start to finish. She kept in touch was very warm and inviting and made me feel like my things are safe and secure, guided me and helped me through the entire process. She even waited for me after hours Truly a wonderful person very helpful and so happy I’m storing with cute smart.
Great people to deal with. The management at the Pal m Beach Blvd location stay on top of everything. Very pleasant people. Available at all times and follow up on all issues. Totally different experience than other storage facilities.

This location is truly one of a kind. My mother, my grandmother, and I all used one unit when I originally moved to Florida. Used this unit before it became CubeSmart and all! These lovely folks, Dan and Cassi have been working with myself and my grandma for years on after. They were incredibly helpful and patient and worked with us even through the most difficult of times.
