Scheduled appointment, went to appointment, business was not open. Tried calling back 2x, no answer just vm. Wth?!?
To be fair, my daughter didn't even make it to the chair. It's like a scene from a B movie dentist horror flick. Poorly lit, single dentist chair where you can see the single dentist working when you check in. Wildly unprofessional front desk. After fifteen minutes - where I could see the dentist sawing at the guy in the chair- I decided this probably wasn't the best place for my twelve-year-old. They were very disorganized. They could not find my records. They would not do anything until they did a full x-rays which was recently done. My records were emailed twice to them. This was a complete waste of my time.
Anyone who takes money before service is received is questionable. Service was not given as described. Ignored calls for follow up.
