Our boat experience was not good we paid full price for a boat we didn’t even want and then the owner refunded 10% 24 HOURS later which didn’t even cover the gas that we spent in the boat then proceeded to call and argue with my mom and hung up on her after getting mad where he didn’t even ask how we could be compensated very unprofessional owner
Horrible experience! Bad customer service! Reserved a boat and got there with my family to find that the boat was broken and we had to downsize to a smaller boat. The owner of the place should learn how to run a business. This place wont be around long!
