Terrible service. I booked an appointment online as instructed and called ahead to confirm that my dog would receive his vaccination. On the phone, they immediately dismissed my appointment, claiming the online system was wrong and refusing to honor it. Instead, they said I’d have to wait another week and a half for an appointment. I cannot express how wonderful Petco is on Cleveland Ave, Ft Myers. From the receptionist Anjelica (excellent customer service) to the caring & kind Vet Technicians Valerie & the awesome manager Jainice. I was very distraught worrying about my sick cat Coco, Not only did they take excellent care of her they put me at ease as well. I highly recommend taking your pet to Petco for loving caring treatment. They are very reasonable as well. Thanks to all the staff. I so appreciate everything you do for me and my Coco!!

If you love your pet STAY AWAY from this clinic! Customer service from "A" (name withheld) doesn't even deserve 1 star. They blatantly ignore the notes in the pet's chart and make up their own policies and fees. "We're not hurting for money and don't need your business" was a direct quote when presented with the facts that they were overbilling and ignoring the medical notes. My next call will be to the Florida Board of Vet Medicine. This office should be shut down.
