Overall really great experience from Ashlyn, she has been helpful from the beginning. I was moving from another state and the process could not have been smoother. Was very flexible in dealing with me while I was making the drive to fort mill from Florida. Maintenance was very helpful and responsive in fixing items I needed help with.
I lived here for two years. Very quiet and simple which I love.

Management does not enforce parking. They allow residents to pass out parking permits to non-residents, allowing them to force residents to park away from their units. Management has no verification process to ensure these vehicles are actually registered to the tenants. Vehicle registrations should be part of this permit registration process. This hole in the process creates the opportunity for “you get a permit, you get a permit, and you get a permit”. Not fair to the real residents because it infringes on their privileges... read more
