I stayed here for 2 years and have no real complaints. Ashlyn was very responsive. The community was always quiet for the most part. Parking got a little tight but otherwise it’s a nice place to live.
We’ve been living here for a year and just renewed our lease! The area is amazing and so close to everything while still being tucked away for a cozy neighborhood feel. The property manager Ashlyn and maintenance man Tony are the best! They always are so nice and answer any questions we have :)
Ashlyn is probably THE BEST person I have encountered when it comes to staffing in all the places I’ve rented. She’s very patient and doesn’t mind actually explaining things I don’t understand, without becoming exasperated or making me feel like an inconvenience. Highly recommend this area if you’re looking! Thank you, Miss Ashlyn, for being such a sweetheart!
Ashlynn & Tony ALWAYS go above & BEYOND. I have never encountered 2 more helpful & giving individuals. They make living here ENJOYABLE. I highly recommend everyone to rent from here!
