Very courtious and helpful. I could not be more impressed with the customer service and cleaning this company provided. They went above and beyond with our dirty carpets and were able to get them clean again.

Very satisfied He was prompt, did a complete estimate before doing the work, and did a good job. The repair was difficult and done well, though there were a couple of spots where the cut could have been straighter. All in all, I was pleased with the service and will likely use them again for cleaning.

Great service and prices I found this company on Google and I??m so glad i did! My dog was sick and had an accident on my beautiful antique rug. I called Fort Mill Heaven Scent Carpet Cleaning and they sent a technician to my house. The technician informed me that her would need to take the rug to the factory because of the delicacy of the rug and it needed a special cleaning process. When they delivered my rug I was so pleased with the results that I had them pick up another rug that I had in the dining room! I still can??t... read more

I find the deep cleaning with your equipment an awesome improvement on carpet plus upholstery, brightening and bringing everything to a look of newness!
