Dentist and dental assistants are great! Front office staff is nice but seems to always be confused and making mistakes with billing. One visit they over charge me and the next I seem to get a credit. (This is for a procedure that is not covered by insurance and should be the same price every 3 month visit.) They don’t explain the charges very well.
Great, caring staff and physician. Timely. Well organized and very thoughtful. A problem needing follow-up by a specialist was identified and appointment scheduled before I left the office. First visit and I was coming from a high quality dental care practice on the coast. I am extremely pleased with the choice of this practice.
