If you love your pet, DO NOT take your pet here Being new to the area I chose a vet that was close to my home. After reading several reviews about their lack of customer service I chose to go anyway and relied on the positive reviews instead. What a poor decision! Many Thank's My mom and I recently had to take our cat "Yoyo" to the vet.They took really good care of him.Yoyo really liked the girl's taking care of him.He is so spoiled.Today I posted a pic of him.His most common pose is sitting pretty with his head up to the sky with his eye's closed.It's a cute pic.We call him the sun worshiper.Thank's to all at the Fort Mill Animal Clinic for taking such good care of Yoyo
Its a hard call While I don't HATE the service I've received here, they have not been very friendly and compassionate. The women at the front desk have tried to correct me on how to pronounce MY cat's name. (I named her. I think I know how to say it.) Several years ago I had an appointment for my another cat. Fort Mill Animal Clinic is the only choice for someone who loves their pet They have been taking care of my family pets since we moved here in 97. They at time seem distant but the doc knows his stuff. When I adopted my own dog and took her for her first check up I thought i would try someone else (a big name) never again The next day she was seeing dr lessie to get seen by a real vet. Fort Mill Animal Clinic is the most caring and personal Dr. Leslie is the best! He understands individual characteristics of every animal I have, and treats them with respect and concern. He has been my vet for 15 years, even when I moved out of town, I continued to bring my animals to FMAC.
Fort Mill Animal Clinic is a good hometown vet Dr. Leslie is a good vet and cares about animals. The front staff is very sweet and caring. The prices are perfect for my family of 7, who still wants pets but can't afford high priced vets.
Fort Mill Animal Clinic is the best for us I didn't think I would ever go back to this place after a May 2007 incident. We had our precious pet cremated and did not get her cremains back due to error on their part. We were devastated!!! But, after visiting another vet for an emergency, I will stay with Dr. Lesslie and his staff. He is so caring and compassionate. The staff has their act together. Deceased dog brought to us with head hanging out of plastic bag! I have used this hospital for several yrs, spent thousands of dollars with them on 12 dogs & cats. I took a very sick dog to them, 5-6 hrs LATER they started fluids. Too late. When my husband and I went to pick her body up, they brought her out to my husband with her head hanging out of the PLASTIC BAG! Where was some compassion there??? Just Devastated!!!!!!! My animals were always treated well. Lacked compassion when the time passed for us to get cremated remains of our precious pet. Were told it was an error on their part which I believe was total miscommunication. We did not get our pet's remains. The crematory wasn't given complete instructions.
