Dr. Shank and her staff have been wonderful for all of our pets. Kind and courteous with compassion and care from everyone. They helped through the loss of one of our dogs and and treated him (and us) with respect and dignity. We couldn’t be more pleased.
Great Doctor and staff. Never have a long wait time. Prices are very competitive compared to other practices in my area. They always explain what they are doing in terms we can understand. Love these folks.

They won’t take sick Animals. They have no appointments available within a month. And they are not working with other vets to have animals be seen on a regular basis.

When I brought my 16yr old calico Kanga in to see Dr. Shank I was terrified I was going to lose her. She hadn’t eaten or drank in days, was lethargic, had a 105 fever for 2 days, coughing, sneezing and was given some questionable meds by the previous clinic so the situation was dire. I was a mess but the staff and Dr. Shank helped me save my baby girl. They walked me through every step of it, from the different meds to administering IV fluids so she stayed hydrated.
