I don't log into my account except on week-ends. When I do, I invariably get a message to enter the pass code I was given or to answer silly questions I had to establish. To top it off there is no way to contact anyone because YOUR SHUT DOWN FOR THE WEEK-END. Why do I have to wait until the week-end to resolve this problem?

There is always an issue with this bank. Our cards are constantly declining (and yes we have miney in our account) and the customer service is a joke. When you call your on hold forever trying to speak to someone. There are maybe 2 or 3 people you can talk to that aren't rude. Stuart is the only guy we try to deal with.
