These nasty, money hunger people sent me to collections during a pandemic!! My car totaled back in December 2019 and I owed them two payments. I’ve been out of work since March and these MF didn’t even think to try to work something out. They added an another $600+ on top of the $1000 I owed. My husband suffered from COVID-19 and owe over $25,000 to hospitals and doctors! Fort Lee Credit Union showed NO remorse for anything that’s going on!!! Over 20 years with Fort Lee federal. Haven’t lived in Virginia, haven’t lived in the US for 10 years yet I’d never switch my banking, I’d never trust banking with another credit union I’m a member for life!

Tammy Alexander is great to work with for all of your loan needs. Tammy assisted me with lowering the interest rate on my auto loan. I emailed her midday and everything was approved by the end of the day. Very professional and personable. I highly recommend Fort Lee Federal Credit Union.
