Today I went up to the window to to put a check in my account. The lady at the window would not put my check in my account because it had "Cash" in the name field. So I went in to the teller counter. Where a guy was so considered about the fact that is said "Cash" in the names field that when he put my check in he put it in $500 dollars under what it was made out for. I was on hold for 15 minutes where they apologized for human error and that the 7 looked like a 2......... the check it self had it spelled out for him to see ... read more
add some customer service to your phone line. waiting 45 minutes on hold is beyond ridicules
