Experienced the worst dealing with Vacasa unfortunately for a Ft Lauderdale trip. First we weren't notified of any pool issues until the day we arrived. It was blocked off and customer service was horrible they weren't able to explain why it wasn't working and a supervisor promised to call back but did not! It's 2024...stop reading from a script....customers can tell. We had a blast in this modern tropical vacation home celebrating our anniversary. Owner communicates extremely well. Much prettier than pics show. The house was extremely clean, and everything is new. Highly recommend this modern tropical home.
The property was great and certainly lived up to the very high expectations created by the photos on the website. The amenities are top shelf, pool/patio tough to leave and views are breath-taking. The pictures do not do this home justice as upon arrival we were blown away with all it had to offer our family vacation. The owners were very helpful each step of the process which made it even more enjoyable and easier to re-book each year.
Amazing vacation, gorgeous waterfront tropical villa and top management. They were super professional and always there for any help. Will be back soon
We had a Family Dream Week together at this home and sometimes you may me apprehensive about booking a home you've never seen, but let me assure you this home is everything and more.The home is also in a great location, close to everything. Owner was great to rent from. She respects your privacy but right there if you need anything. Beds are very comfortable. The house is clean, cozy and beautifully decorated!
