These people do not have their s* together. Had to waste nearly an hour after check in getting our room fixed because they screwed up in booking it and wouldn't change it. We ended up having to work something out with other customers who happened to overhear our problem. Very unprofessional. Not acceptable. I'd expect more from a Marriott. Not happy at all.
