Worst hotel experience ever!! Will never stay at a Marriott again and will not recommend it to anyone ever!!!
This place is the pits. Attended a buffet banquet there. Was the third table served. They were out of food! The banquet was planned for 8 months! How do you run out of food three tables in? The banquet supervisor, Jorge Bratovich, couldn't do anything for me. In 2014, we stayed overnight and the place was dirty and unruly. I am even friends with a Marriott executive, Steve Picciano, who said he couldn't do anything for me. Marriott was supposed to get back to me three weeks ago about my experience, I've yet to hear a word!
O hotel está em total reforma !! Se vc quer um péssimo atendimento e um quarto dentro de uma obra fique aqui !! Se quer descansar fuja desse lugar péssimo !!!!
This is the worst experience that I've ever had in any hotels that I stayed!!!! They are booking rooms in the middle of the construction renovation,this is a disrespect with the guests !!!
