Poorly managed traffic flow and shuttle system to parking decks and rental car terminal. Appeared to be privately run with zero professionalism in the training. Took over an hour to catch a shuttle is over at 11pm. Probably 150 standing in line waiting. Crammed into bus like sardines. Minimal police presence directing traffic.
My airport for 35 years !!!

el trato del personal es muy malo soy muy grosero y respetuosos a la hora de uno preguntar por indicaciones verdaderamente deberían adiestrar un poco más al personal para que puedan tener un mejor trato hacia los clientes y viajeros no recomiendo lugar

tsa agents are rude. think they are above bring nice and common courtesy. going thru security and she's getting pissed because people are taking their shoes off. today you didn't have to. like we knew that. saying did anyone tell you to stand in that line. no. didn't tell me not to either. since it was the closest to my stuff you would think it was. can't say anything cause they will cause you to be late. need training on how to treat people
