Horrible customer service. I would not recommend this place to an enemy. You are better off saving yourself grief and go to a better reputable place who treats people with respect and actually know how to run a business.

They claim to give Veterans a 20% discount, but a friend of mine who rented a number of storage units for almost 5 years never received a single discount despite the fact that he always wore a ball cap that clearly showed he was a veteran.

The storage facility was fine. The process of acquiring a unit was fine. What is not fine is the time it takes to receive your security deposit back. The contract clearly states that it will be refunded within 30 days of when you vacate. It has now been 60 days and I still do not have the security deposit back. I still keep getting the run around from several people stating that I was on the list for the refund but the manager was on vacation. Unanswered emails, and waiting on call backs is unacceptable as is waiting 60 days... read more
