Shady business practices. Do not rent through Michael Bass. Instead of working with me to find out what happened to the security deposit that I electronically transfered he told me that he was giving the rental to another person. This was after he nformed the owner that he was renting to me. The owner was glad that we were going to be the renters. It feels like he was doing some kind of bait and switch on both us and owner. I advise to avoid doing business with him and this company.
