Updated review: 18 Dec 18 Dr Lucas contacted me immediately to address the issue. He has gone above and beyond to fix the issue and to satisfy the customer. I am very pleased as my family and I have received excellent care here and are pleased to continue doing so. Thank you Dr Lucas! Dr. Lucas is the best in town. I've had my kids under his care since 2014. I wouldn't change it for anything.
This office called to cancel/reschedule our appointments for our kids eye exams twice, VERY rudely. The lady calling to reschedule stated that she was “not Dr lucas personal secretary” (ok, cool). I get that things happen, but rescheduling at the last minute twice isn’t professional. Calling a patient and getting verbally confrontational on the phone? Seriously problematic. If you’re a busy parent who’s expects appointments to be kept? Stay away!
Dr. Lucas and the amazing staff at Fort Hood Eye Clinic made my daughter’s first eye exam so comfortable and fun! This practice is honest, professional, and down to earth. Not to mention very clean. We are very lucky to have such a great place on post!
The Dr is good but the receptionist does not how to give you the right infomation... I pull my kids out of school bc they said there appt is at 12.. and they wrote 12 on the card.. but when I got here they said it's not till 12:20.. I kinda wanted to tell them learn how to do you job bc I leave early to make it on time .. and now i have to wait 45 min instead of 10.. like hello it's not that hard to give the parents the correct time.. Loved the doctor, friendly staff..just over all great place! definitely go here!! they have the latest technology so no yucky drops to dilate your eyes..HIGHLY recommend!
