We love seeing Heidi for all of our kiddos! She's so fun and makes it easy for them to be there even when they are nervous. The staff is also super responsive to answering questions via emails as well as phone calls.

OMG will someone actually answer the phone! No one even calls you back it you leave a message. It's been 4 days since I left a message. There can be 4 or more receptionists there and still no answer. If you call to whitewater clinic they answer or call you back and they don't have as many receptionists as Fort Atkinson. The doctors and most nurses I've seen are awesome.

I'm really unhappy. When you call in, it seems like everyone has a bad attitude. No one I deal with ever gives me an honest response or short dismissed answer, It's getting old.

Lauren Mayer is great, she listens she advocates and she doesn’t make you feel like any less than a good mom. But getting them on the phone? Good luck I needed to schedule a weight check for my infant daughter due to other medical reasons and they messed up the appointment day iv been trying to get them on the phone for 2 days now! It is nearly impossible out of all the fort clinics this is the ONLY one I have issues getting ahold of!
