I went in this morning to get my wisdom teeth pulled. Dr. Knox and his nurses were great and explained everything to me. I was comfortable and was able to walk out of the clinic within an 1 1/2 hr time frame. Excellent staff and experience! Thank you again.
The nurses and my doctor (Jonathan Dejong) are amazing. I've had quite a few problems with my teeth and whenever I've been referred to them, they've always treated me with kindness, empathy, and respect. Not only do they do an excellent job professionally, but they're also so kind and easy to talk to. It makes the whole experience so much more comfortable. Thanks for everything!!
Had wisdom teeth pulled yesterday. I went into the experience absolutely terrified. I'm terrified of dentists overall, because of several really bad, painful experiences previously. My anxiety level going on was sky-high. Thankfully, the ladies that I dealt with were great. The ladies in the office were great about explaining the insurance breakdown and what I'd be responsible for. The woman who started my IV got it in one poke and pretty painlessly. Dr. DeJong and staff went above and beyond my expectations! I was running late because I got bit by a dog, and not only did Dr. DeJong extract my tooth, he stitched up the dog bite on my finger! Who does that?! Not only is he super caring, he is highly educated and his work is superior. I was very comfortable and the extraction was a breeze. Between the friendly staff and high level of expertise, this office is my number one recommendation!
