I was trying to figure out a way to work working out into my busy schedule and I decided to try the noon classes at the Rec. The noon classes were perfect for me and allowed me to get a good workout in without interupting family time at night. When I got pregnant in Dec 2012, I wanted to continue to workout and the instructors helped by giving me modifications that I could do while pregnant.
