It's the best thing I've EVER done for myself! A little over a year ago I joined and went from a size 38 jeans to a size 28!! I know,I couldn't believe it either but it's true! The biggest reason I keep coming back, is the people. The childcare, the front desk, the class instructors are amazing. They make note of all our names, and when they have missed us. Favorite class? Strength with Janice.
Awesome place ,family friendly ,amazing trainers week take the time to show you proper movement, most bang for your buck!
Love the rec, all the instructors are so nice and very inviting!
Since I joined the rec. my health has improved because I look forward to go to the gym and enjoy all the classes.
