Good food, waitress was not pleasant
Cute and charming little restaurant with small but full bar, on VanBrunt st in the heart of nautical and quaint Red Hook, Brooklyn. The burger is really good, as are the yummy little roasted potatoes that accompany it! The bacon-onion jam on the side is a nice extra! I believe the kitchen is open until midnight, if you were seeking out a later dinner. I’ve actually only ever ordered the burger, as the remainder of the fairly small menu may be a bit too “foofey” for my taste.
shoutout to Dominique, our waitress. The food was amazing and she was dope. I had the All American, my sister did the turkey club, and my gf had steak and eggs. Didn't even need to break out the salt and pepper. Love, love, love this place.

Nice little spot for a good breakfast. Staff were fun and made me laugh. Good place to meet random people and feel out Brooklyn.
A perennial favorite.
Take the ferry there and enjoy an awesome beyond awesome brunch....I felt like a judge on Chopped, raving over the brilliant combination of perfect cooking, fresh ingredients, mix of textures, proper use of spices... And the people who work there were so kind, so efficient. Quite seriously the best meal I have had out in ages in this small, lovely place.
