Confused. Love my first Harley. But when there is an issue they tell me things will get handled and the GM will be in touch, but still no response. It has potential in my eyes to be a five star rating. Maybe this will get him to straighten things out with me. 2016 RG Ultra.

I was in the market for a used bike due to being in the beginning stage of riding I was weary about going to look at such a high end bike. As I have experience recently at other dealers being picky and on a budget was more of a hassle for them. New bikes were pushed over and over. Julia listened to what we had to say and with fine tuning found the bike best suited for me. Thank you!
