Brought my Ultra in for its 10K service. In and out of there in Two plus hrs. Great staff.
This location is a joke they do not want to help you they only act friendly to make a dollar off you! They don't care about really helping you or keeping their word! For example I'm not gonna use names but when buying my bike I was told by 3 different personnel my first service was free, so here i am today and now they are claiming that they never said that ( the same people ) and it's going to cost me nearly $300 dollars. I bought all 3 of my bikes here, the staff in all sections are very knowledgeable and friendly. They have the bike you want. Ask for Crystal Otts, she is one of the many great sales reps there. Crystal is and Army Vet who knows bikes, she is a very friendly lady who will work to help you get that new or used Harley Davidson.She rides a 2015 SoftTail Slim.
