I don't buy my parts from them, I order mine online and get them from Sturgis SD and Milwaukee WI, even with shipping they're cheaper plus their parts people are shit heads , they don't know how to look up parts using books for vintage motorcycles, it's a Harley Davidson for Petes sake they should be able to look up parts for any bike less than 50 years old.
I asked for a cash/otd price for a used bike today during my lunch break. Randy the sales manager told me to come back after work and he would have it figured up. So, I made another trip to the dealership after work and Randy tells me the bike I'm interested in is already marked down as low as it can be and it would actually cost $1500 more out the door. Why in the hell didn't he say that when I was there earlier rather than wasting my time?
The customer service at Fort Bragg Harley-Davidson is second to none. The sales rep that goes by the name Happy was great he did everything in his power to get me the best deal possible. I could not ask for better customer service thank you to Happy and all the other representatives who helped with my process of getting my new motorcycle.
I heard some negative stuff about this dealer, so I was hesitant to go in. But I'm glad I did! The staff is really friendly and my sales rep Josh took care of everything I needed. Don't pass this dealer up.

I took the Motorcycle Safety Course and it was an amazing experience. The instructor explained, demonstrated and coached you through each task. The staff throughout the building were polite and welcoming the three days I spent there. I highly recommend you take this course at Fort Bragg Harley-Davidson, it will be worth your investment and time.
Awesome service department. Always very helpful and know what they are doing!!! I own a 2015 Limited, 1 son has a 2002 sportster 1200 and 1 just bought a new 2018 road glide. We are all very happy with their customer service.
