Kevin in sales...Gets the job done Gold Star from me. The service writers are the best I've ever dealt with. The retail sales people are probably the best I've had wait on me at any Harley dealer I've been to. I've been to 23 different ones in 15 states. Ashley in finance has always done a great job and is great with following up on all 4 of the bikes we have bought there. The service department are very thorough, great job every time. Today, my husband and I visited this dealership, and although we didn’t make a purchase <yet>, the customer service was awesome. Our sales rep, Kate S., was extraordinary and very knowledgeable of all the bikes. A little background: I am/was afraid of motorcycles, and never had any interest in learning how to ride a bike. After meeting Kate, and receiving a mini class from her, I walked away with a hunger to want to learn how to ride plus the goal of buying a Harley, within one year.
