Every time its the day my storage unit is due i either make my payment over the phone or in person lately each time ive been coming to make my payment or try to they keep being closed way before 7pm which is the time they’re supposed to be closing the storage unit gates that’s ridiculous especially when all your belongings are in there !!!! They also don’t answer the phone a lot of the times
