I love having a scheduled appointment from 10-12 on a Saturday, then hearing at 12:15 that the technician is running late and should be there around 1:30-2. Waited all day and no call/no show. Plus I haven't heard anything from them today either. Will never use this place again. Update 7/3 - I have to say that Forsyth Exterminating did a great job of making this right. They were quick to call and get me scheduled for a complete spray. It was a pleasure dealing with this after the initial mishap.
