I have never had an issue at the property that Saul did not rectify to my satisfaction and have rarely ever had a vacancy in those 14 years that I have been with Forester's. He regularly keeps me informed on the condition of the property, makes suggestions when items should be repaired or replaced and deals with the HOA (which can be a job in itself). Professional property management team who looks out for both the interests of property owners and tenants alike.
Although I am no longer a property owner, I am very satisfied with Forsters Property Managment. I am particularly happy with their attention to detail and record keeping. This was appreciated especially when it came to tax time. I was able to remodel and sell the property that was managed by Forsters in an efficient manner
Highly recommended! ! We have been tenants for 2.5 years and are very happy. All you have to do is pay on time and follow the rules. Great people to deal with.
