The rental I am on is in good shape
Currently been living with this rental company and plan to sign again. If I call for a repair they can usually have someone in the area within the hour. Property quality is great and things were up to date and clean upon move in. Rent is extremely easy to pay online and the landlords will always follow up after the repair has been complete. Good people, great company.
Holly has been an amazing property manager through multiple difficult situations with housing (including the covid-19 pandemic). She has extended grace and understanding to us as tenants, rent is very reasonable, maintenance requests are filled in a timely manner, and she has always treated me and my roommates with kindness. I would recommend her to any of my friends.
If you are looking for a property manager DO NOT use this company. They are unresponsive and will not care for your property. If you are going to live at a property managed by this company literally choose any other rental property you have in mind and it will be a better experience. The bare minimum is an overestimate for the work they do.
