We had a new furnace installed today. The office staff were friendly and answered all my questions. I was able to get a convenient appointment. The employees were efficient, knowledgeable, and they even placed plastic on the floor and steps to keep the carpet clean while they were there.
Foresburg furnace is by far the best heating in air-conditioning company in town. They are family own business. They are professional. They are quick. They are friendly. They are affordable. Review from Ollie and Christine Lovell (who don't have internet). We thank Forsburg Furnace for faithful service anytime in the 35 years we have lived at Yale Ave. We are especially pleased with the new furnace installed this last week and really appreciate all the staff for their good care.
Our furnace was 23 years old and stopped on Jan 5. I called the office in the morning and they sent a technician to check it out and found the computer board was burnt. After discussing the high cost of repairs on an old furnace we talked about a new furnace install and 2 hours later we were enjoying our new furnace! Wonderful people and service at a very reasonable price! Would highly recommend Forsburg !!
We've dealt with Forsburg Furnace for decades. They're always prompt (even in the middle of a very cold winter night), always polite, always efficient. This time they replaced a leaking water heater. We called the in the morning, and, before noon, we had a new water heater. Very happy with their service.
