Very courteous support. When our heat pump went on a Sunday, he came even though the Eagles were getting ready to play! We really appreciated it and when we needed a new unit, the wait was very reasonable and we are very pleased with everything.
Our furnace shut down Christmas week 🤦♀️ Both Autumn & Heather -friendly and reassuring on the phone.Joe arrived in less than an hour & got it back running with troubleshooting instructions to get us through Christmas. Furnace replacement scheduled for 12/26! Nicholas and Kevin arrived early and replacement completed as scheduled.On top of this with the invoice was UGI rebate form with info to submit.
