Do not move here unless you know how do maintenance work yourself or someone who does. And good luck calling the rental office for anything, no one answers the phone. Woodhill probably hired the two most useless maintenance men they could have found. I remember when it was just one maintenance guy under Kettler and things got fixed promptly. DO NOT MOVE HERE!
OMG!!!! Please read before applying here. This place is beyond terrible. These people don’t care about you at all, they don’t get back with you when you have an issue and they take soooooo long to fix maintenance issues. Wood hill garden is a mess. Look before signing any type of agreement It’s a nightmare let the pictures speak for themselves. From the rotten infestation to mold, growing in the ceilings, the cracks in the walls and the incompetence from maintenance.
Update...I previously left a wonderful review when this complex was managed by Kettler. Not so much of a great review now. I lived at this complex for almost 7 years, minimal problems when it was under Kettler Management. Woodhill Management came in and took over last year and everything went downhill. I moved from the complex and upon moving they refused to verify my rental history, matter of fact they told the company that they "could not verify my rental history because they were not provided any paperwork from Kettler". ... read more
