I have lived here 12years now and have been very comfortable. As a renter I hear concerns about rent increases which occur everywhere. Nowhere is immune. Rents here are on par with similar complexes but in many circumstances less. Look at what you are getting and then compare. I recently had a dishwasher problem. Not bad for 12 years of almost daily service. The problem was promptly attended to by our willing maintenance crew and I now have a brand new one. This senior community has a warm, family‑like atmosphere. Neighbors look out for each other, and the property is always well taken care of. Very happy to be part of it.
Great atmosphere, and the staff is very helpful and very approachable. I am new to the community but excited to be a resident.
