Forest Pilates is a sanctuary for healing the body and the heart. Their somatic theraphy is outstang. With their help, I was able to process childhood memories I had no idea were imbeded in my subconcience. I was able to forgive and now live a more wholesome life all round. Thank you Maria Cristina.
What an amazing workout class! It was my first time trying a pilates class with a pilates reformer and I felt the burn.
