Maria is an incredible instructor/owner, and her Tower Pilates classes are becoming a cherished weekly ritual of mine. Maria focuses on classical Pilates technique and mind body connection. You will leave sessions feeling connected to your body, strong, stretched, and empowered!

Amazing classic Pilates with very professional and mindful teacher. Also was pleasant to breathe fresh nice smell in the studio
After an accident and doing pt for a while I started pilates with Maria. This has been my best pain manager that I tried, my back pain is reduced, the strengthening and posture changed so much and still. María is amazing if you want to find balance in your life, this place is a calm and zen location and combines the exercise but also re-connect your mind and body in a lovely way. ❤️❤️❤️
