My name is Tosha Bennett I lived on 440 Ross for over 10 years and and I have never had a complaint from my neighbors or anything and a month ago I was given a 30 day eviction notice because Forrest Park apartments said they were randomly choosing people and putting them out choosing not to renew their lease .
