Great Place to Live Such a great place to call home! I've lived here with my family for over 6 years and love it! The gym is 24 hours a day and the maintenance and management team have always been very quick to respond to any issues!

Two years ago, Forrest Hills was purchased by a group headquartered out of New York and things have deteriorated ever since. NATIONAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATES care nothing about their tenants and seem to be trying make life harder for them at every turn. #1-Raising rents 3 or 4 times more than the national average. #2-Forcing renters to.pay for insurance that benefits only the company. #3-Residents are forced to pay rent on-line, with additional charges to pay your rent. Very accommodating staff The staff here from the manager on down to the third party lawn mowing team is as accommodating as one could ask for. The entire staff makes you feel like your needs are top priority no matter how trivial the request actually is. They all pay attention to detail and take pride in their work. Overbearing owners that do not communicate I've lived here for a while with no issue but over the last couple of years It has gotten worse. I've been stopped in the middle of the night in my own apartment complex walking to the mailbox by police officers to ask where I am headed. Frankly it is none of their business what I'm doing in my own apartment complex. The maintenance team is really awesome here. They take care of what you need so that's a nice little plus. Best of Hot Springs This is the best apartment complex to live in in Hot Springs! I would know because my husband and I have lived here for 5 years! Jamie, Savannah, and Anthony are the best team. They are quick to help in any way possible and really care about their residents. We have always had any issue within our unit fixed within a short amount of time. I have lived here since they were built. I left for 1 year to live close to my mother. once she was better I came back home, and this is exactly that. very nice homes and when something goes out it is fixed asap.. the managers treat you like family and go above and beyond to help you with anything. I love everything out here my view is beautiful. I highly recommend Forrest hill's apartments. it's family friendly, or if your single. it's safe and quite.
Terrible. Inconsiderate. Corportate is rude. This was my first apartment. My mom went with me to help me move in. They told my parents and me that the deposit was refundable. When I moved out 6 months later I cleaned my apartment to perfection. Absolutely nothing was damaged or dirty. And they kept my deposit. Because they had to change a light bulb and replace the smoke detector batteries. And you can't get help from the office. You have to snail mail to corporate and they don't answer. This is a crappy run operation..You have 2 managers that can do nothing except call corporate on every issue..and good luck getting any response..and as far as your deposit goes..kiss that goodbye as soon as you give it.. all you're going to get is excuses from the management. and you will be paying 4 light bulbs. air filters. And anything else they can charge you with.. I would never recommend this place. it's a poorly ran mess..
