My wife and I were very fortunate to have used Sean and his company to renovate our beachfront townhouse. We wanted to move the dining room from near the front door (west side) to the east side. This necessitated moving the kitchen 9-12 feet west. Additionally, we wanted to remove downstairs walls in the dining room and living room to open up the view. Chris and his team did a wonderful job creating a second floor on our home and then adding an addition. They were easy to communicate with and responded quickly to any issues that arose. Great workmanship in all areas!
