RecommendedDr. Gaines is just amazing and takes great care of my 3 dogs.
We took our first dog "Cleo" to Forrest Avenue Animal for 13 years before we had to make the awful decision to let her cross the rainbow bridge. We just took a new fur baby into our home and she has visited the facility twice now. She is really nervous but the tech's and Dr. Henry were fabulous with her. The Dr's and staff are wonderful and are highly recommended in my opinion.
A caring and wonderful place for your pets! Everyone is very nice. Plus their groomer Christine is awesome! My guy sees her every month for his grooming!
I am new to Delaware and a friend recommended I bring my pets here. She was so right!!! They are SO nice and caring! I even had both of my dogs groomed there - they were done so fast and gave me a verbal report of how they did. They also got a little care package with toys and treats! I am so happy to be coming here and having a vet I trust in Delaware!
We’ve been using Forrest Avenue for over 15years. Dr Gaines and all of her staff are the greatest. They were so understanding during our time with Reds. Highly recommend them !!

I’m so appreciative of the reviews left in here which is what drove me to Forrest Avenue in the first place when I got my furbaby. I am very pleased with my experience. The staff at the front desk are friendly and welcoming, and interacted with my puppy from the start. It was a bit of a wait but totally worth it! I had Kayla and Dr. Henry working with my baby and my goodness did they both take their time! I felt like my dog was truly appreciated and that they wanted to know him and didn’t think of him as “just another dog”. ... read more
