VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! I ordered "Next Day" and it said that the estimate of arrival is between February 8-February 10. I was told that on top of the regular shipping which would be 5 to 7 business days there will be an additional 5 to 7 business days. I placed my order January 28, 2016 and here it is February 13, 2016 and I have not gotten any tracking at all. This company takes forever to send you what you order. It stated my lingerie was in stock and should ship within 24 hours. Within two weeks I hadn't heard anything from them. I emailed and said let me know my order status or I would be cancelling. They wrote a nasty email back and said they wouldn't cancel, and still didn't tell me the status. I ordered December 4th. It is December 17th. I know its close to Christmas but I ordered from SEVERAL stores after this order and have received them all. Totally unacceptable
